VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 06, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“Algernon” or “Company”) (CSE: AGN) (FRANKFURT: AGW) (OTCB: AGNPF), a clinical stage pharmaceutical development company, announces that it has extended 4,000,000 warrants originally expiring on July 18, 2020 (the “Warrants”).  The Company has extended the exercise date of the Warrants to July 18, 2021, pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.  The exercise price will not change.About Algernon Pharmaceuticals Inc.
