Bombardier Announces Launch of its New Issuance of Senior Notes due 2024

MONTRÉAL, QUÉBEC–(Marketwired – Nov. 20, 2017) – Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.A)(TSX:BBD.B)(OTCQX:BDRBF) (“Bombardier” or the “Corporation”) today announced that it has launched an offering of US0 million aggregate principal amount of new Senior Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”). The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used to finance a tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) for all US0 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of Bombardier’s 4.75% Senior Notes due 2019 (“2019 Notes”) and the remainder for general corporate purposes. To the extent that less than US0 million aggregate principal amount of the 2019 Notes are tendered in the Tender Offer, Bombardier intends to redeem all of its remaining outstanding 2019 Notes, using a portion of the net proceeds of the offering of Notes, following the closing of the offering of Notes.
