Galileo Acquisition Corp. Announces Separate Trading of its Ordinary Shares and Warrants, Commencing November 14, 2019

New York , Nov. 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Galileo Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) (NYSE: GLEO U) announced today that, commencing on November 14, 2019, the holders of the 13,800,000 units sold in the Company’s initial public offering may elect to separately trade the ordinary shares and warrants included in the units.
