Mexican Gold Warrants to Begin Trading on November 18, 2019

VANCOUVER, British Columbia  , Nov. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Mexican Gold Corp. (the “Company” or “Mexican Gold”) (TSXV: MEX) is pleased to announce that further to its July 15, 2019 news release announcing the closing of its non-brokered private placement of 50,000,000 common shares and 50,000,000 share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”), the Company is pleased to announce that it has received TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) approval for the listing of the Warrants.  It is anticipated that the Warrants will commence trading on the Exchange at market open on Monday, November 18, 2019 under the Symbol “MEX.WT” with CUSIP Number: 592817118. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.12 per share until July 15, 2024.
