Perisson Announces Revocation of Management Cease Trade Orders

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – May 23, 2017) – Perisson Petroleum Corporation (TSX VENTURE:POG) (“Perisson” or the “Company“) announces that the Alberta Securities Commission has revoked the Management Cease Trade Orders that it had issued upon application of the Company in respect of Gary Chen, Wayne Rousch, Chih-Sheng Hsu and Scott Reeves as a result of the Company’s inability to file its annual audited financial statements, annual management’s discussion and analysis and certification of annual filings for the year ended December 31, 2016 (the “Required Filings“). The Required Filings were filed by the Company on May 12, 2017.
