Radient Technologies Inc. Announces Proposed Shares for Debt Transaction

EDMONTON, Alberta, Dec. 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Radient Technologies Inc. (“Radient” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: RTI; OTCQX: RDDTF) announces a proposed shares-for-debt transaction in which the Company would issue 192,907 common shares, at a price of CAD $0.41 per share, to an arm’s length third party creditor of the Company in connection with the settlement of an aggregate of USD $60,000 of debt. The shares for debt transaction is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities to be issued pursuant to this settlement will be subject to a 4-month hold period.
