Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. Announces the Results of the 2019 Annual General Meeting

ATHENS, Greece, Oct. 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (“Seanergy” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today the results of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on Wednesday, October 17, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. local time at the Company’s executive offices in Glyfada, Greece.
At the meeting the following proposals were approved and adopted: 1) the election of Mr. Stamatios Tsantanis and Mr. Elias Culucundis, as Class A Directors to serve until the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, 2) the appointment of Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors-Accountants S.A. as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, and 3) the approval of a reverse stock split of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock at a ratio of not less than 1‑for‑2 and not more than 1‑for‑20, at the discretion of the Company’s board of directors. The Company has no immediate plan to enact a reverse split.
