Solar Alliance Announces Financing

VANCOUVER, BC and SAN DIEGO, CA–(Marketwired – December 09, 2016) –

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO UNITED STATES NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Solar Alliance Energy, Inc. (‘Solar Alliance’) or (the ‘Company’) (TSX VENTURE: SAN) (OTCQB: SAENF) wishes to announce further to its news release of September 26, 2016, it has entered into private placements for the sale of 3,001,857 units at $0.07 per unit for a total of $210,129.98, where each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant having a two year term for the purchase of one further common share of the Company at the exercise price of $0.10 per share.

The Company shall use the proceeds of the offering for general working capital.

This private placement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
