Timbercreek Financial Completes $40 Million Bought Offering of Common Shares

Timbercreek Financial (TSX: TF) (“Timbercreek Financial” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that it has completed its previously announced bought offering of 4,302,000 common shares of the Company for gross proceeds of ,008,600 (the “Offering”).

The Offering was completed at a price of .30 per common share (the “Offering Price”) by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc. and TD Securities Inc. and including RBC Dominion Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Raymond James Ltd., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., GMP Securities L.P., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and Manulife Securities Incorporated (collectively, the “Underwriters”). The Company has also granted the Underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 645,300 common shares at the Offering Price any time for a period of up to 30 days following today’s closing of the Offering.

The Company will use the net proceeds of the Offering for general corporate purposes, particularly the funding of future investments in accordance with the strategies, investment objectives and investment guidelines of the Company.
