(the “Company”) (NYSE: TPH) today announced results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019 and full year 2019.  The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has approved a new stock repurchase program authorizing the repurchase of up to $200 million of common stock through March 31, 2021 (the “Repurchase Program”).Results and Operational Data for Fourth Quarter 2019 and Comparisons to Fourth Quarter 2018Net income available to common stockholders was $118.0 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, compared to $99.4 million, or $0.70 per diluted shareHome sales revenue for the quarter was $1.1 billion, an increase of 2%
